FAQ

Q: I just got engaged! All this wedding planning is so overwhelming…where do I start?
A: Finding a wedding planner is a great way to begin the wedding planning process. With Fresh Events Company's wealth of resources, you can get your planning going in the right track immediately.

Q: Why do we need an event planner?
A: We're here to help you stay on track and get organized, refer you reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, negotiate on your behalf and carry out your vision. Fresh Events Company will ensure a quality and memorable event and let you celebrate and host the event, stress free.

Q: Can I hire Fresh Events Company for event design and décor only?
A: Yes. Our capabilities include space design, décor fabrication, floral design, event graphics, and true-to-life event renderings.

Q: How do I know if Fresh Events Company is a good fit for us?
A: We believe that it's important to look for a planner who understands your vision and needs and can execute them flawlessly. We offer a complimentary personal consultation where you'll get a better understanding of how Fresh Events Company can bring another dimension to your event planning process. We'll go over the available packages that fit your requirements, show you our extended portfolio, and answer any questions you may have.

Q: How do you select your vendors?
A: We hold each of our vendors to the highest degree of excellence. Fresh Events Company is connected with the finest vendors across many styles and budgets. Before we work with new vendors, we assess their work, reputation, references, originality, and ability to deliver.

Q: Do I have to go through your vendors if I hire you as my planner/designer?
A: Our amazing vendor network is an available bonus to you—but of course, you are always welcome to hire your own.

Q: My venue offers an on-site coordinator for the day of the event. Do I still need an event planner?
A: Fresh Events Company works exclusively for you whereas a venue coordinator works for the venue. A venue coordinator's priorities are managing the venue staff, whereas our job is managing the small details AND the big picture. This means we'll take care of you, your guests, vendors, and your special instructions. We always recommend an event planner so that the event runs smoothly and every detail is indulged.

Q: Do you carry insurance?
A: Absolutely.

Q: Are you certified as wedding planners?
A: We are certified through the Association of Bridal Consultants and belong to and participate in several event-industry related organizations, including ABC, ISES and TSE.
