Objective
Create a tradeshow in conjunction with a gala extravaganza to celebrate and raise money for the organization.

Challenge
Create a new, exciting format to the usual annual tradeshow and gala for an organization in its 32nd year that reflected the exciting direction, significant growth, and success experienced under new leadership.

Strategy
Streamline the tradeshow coordination process and manage the entire gala affair from beginning to end. Introduce an interactive, festive Hawaiian themed event and develop an overall consistent look in the event décor and collateral.

Result
A more organized process for the management of the trade show, record attendees, and unprecedented raves from the organization's members and guests. The Hawaiian-themed entertainment encouraged guest participation in both the auction and raffles, which increased fundraising. The bar had been raised for future galas.
