Challenge
Transform an ordinary cement garage into a Hollywood Glamour tented party and leave the hotel untouched in its natural form.

Strategy
Form an "All Star" event vendor team, create a transitional space design, and incorporate various activities to truly showcase the hotel.

Result
With over 300 in attendance, guests experienced the hotel through several flawlessly executed activities that were planned in conjunction with the Hollywood Glamour tented party. Activities included customized hotel tours, outdoor light shows, cooking demos showcasing the hotel's suites, interactive entertainment, and silent auction which kept the guests entertained – while showcasing all the amenities and benefits of the hotel. Buzz continued to spread about the party and due to its success, the event has opened more doors to new business opportunities for Marriott Residence Inn.
