Coolhaus serves all-natural, gourmet, made-to-order ice cream sandwiches, artisan hot cocoas and Blue Bottle slow drip coffee from retro trucks and table set-ups. Ice cream flavors range from Tahitian Vanilla Bean to Brown Butter Candied Bacon and Pineapple Cilantro Serrano Chili sorbet, and cookies are available in 12 different varieties, including gluten-free and vegan options. All of our products are built by hand as your guests decide which options to devour first!
