With busy schedules, short weekends, and just not enough time in the world, we are seeing Friday (and even Sunday) weddings become more and more popular!  What better way to kick-off your weekend by having your wedding on a Friday night, allowing you and your guests to dance the night away into the wee hours of the morning, and then having the entire weekend to recover!

That's what we loved about this next wedding where Joanna and Andrew said "I do" on a sunny and beautiful Friday evening in August at the Vibiana.

Her colors were all shades of purples and blush and gold tones which brought a true richness to the venue and to her design.  Such a gorgeous bride and an adorable bridal party..and check out all of the sweet details below. One of the highlights of this wedding was definitely the food! Guests left with stuffed bellies after dining on Asian inspired entrees, a sushi station, a carving station...topped off with a coffee and ice cream station, and then a fabulous tacos truck for a fun late night snack!  And who could forget about the open bar and that gorgeous dessert station!

Cristalle and Edward are definitely one of the most stylish and chic couples ever!  They both have such great taste in music, style, and details, which definitely shined through their design and decor of the event.  Both Cristalle and Edward work in the software industry and enjoy spending time fine dining, drinking wine, and throwing amazing parties for their friends and family, and their wedding was no exception.

The ceremony was held at gorgeous Catholic Church in Santa Monica before guests headed over to the Vibiana for a fun-filled cocktail hour in the garden which included a bar serving premiere Oban scotch, a cigar roller, fancy hors d'ouevres, music, and lounge furniture.  Guests were then led into the main hall for a spectacular revealing of the reception hall that was lit in warm fuchsia and amber colors.  Flowers popped against the champagne linens for a bright burst of colors and beautiful cherry blossom gobos across the ceiling highlighted the amazing white dance floor.  And who can resist the awesome cake table AND dessert table that flanked the couple?  Guests also enjoyed an awesome white carpet that led to the dance floor, a photobooth, and adorable potted succulents as take-home favors.  Check out the juicy details and photos below:
